Ráðherragrúpa ESB um stækkun
Stækkandi EF working group is a preparatory body of the European Union Council that deals with questions concerning the accession of new member states. It brings together representatives of EU member states to examine reform progress in candidate and potential candidate countries and to prepare positions for the Committee of Permanent Representatives (Coreper) and the Council's higher formations. Decisions on opening or closing accession-negotiation clusters and chapters are discussed there before being referred to ministers.
