Ukrainian forces struck the Kamensky military-industrial complex in Russia’s Rostov Oblast, damaging four production workshops and causing a fire at a warehouse of finished products. The complex is reported to manufacture solid rocket fuel and participate in missile production. The attacks also hit a Pantsir-S2 self-propelled anti-aircraft missile and gun system and a command vehicle for the S-400 Triumph air-defense system. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Ukrainian forces had struck the complex and air-defense assets, thanking SBU personnel and other components of the Defence Forces. Separately, drones attacked the LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez oil refinery in Kstovo and the Bashneft-Noyol refinery in Ufa, where a large fire was reported. Another drone crashed two kilometres from Sheremetyevo Airport in Moscow Oblast.
